White Chocolate Raspberry Daiquiri Mix Recipes

Sangria Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

· 2 packets DCD Raspberry Daiquiri Mix
· 1½ cups Merlot wine
· ¼ cup brandy
· Juice of 1 lemon (approx. 3 tablespoons)
· Juice of 1 lime (approx. 2 tablespoons)
· Juice of 1 orange (approx. ¼ cup)
· 3 cups ice
· Grapes and pineapple segments, sliced and thread on decorative skewers or toothpicks for garnish.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Garnish with skewers of fresh fruit.

MAKES 8 SERVINGS


Raspberry Daiquiri Swirled Lemon

Ingredients
- 1 box DCD White Chocolate Meyer Lemon Baking Mix, prepared using recipe on box
- 1 packet DCD Raspberry Daiquiri Mix
- 1/4 cup boiling water


Directions
1. Prepare Baking Mix batter as directed on box.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Daiquiri Mix with boiling water.

3. Pour 1/3 of the Baking. Mix batter into a non-stick loaf pan and drop several tablespoons of Daiquiri. Mixture on top an inch apart – repeat 2x.
4. Swirl together using a dinner knife, and bake for 40- 45 minutes.
5. Cool for 5-10 minutes, and remove from pan. Slice into 1″ slices. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.




Raspberry White Chocolate Brownies


INGREDIENTS:
· 1 box DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix
· 2 eggs
· 1 stick butter, melted
· 2 bars (4 oz) DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ Chef-Series White Chocolate, chopped
· ¾ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
· 2-3 tablespoons DCD Raspberry Dessert Sauce, prepared
· Whipped Cream or topping, for garnish
· DCD Cocoa Powder, for garnish


DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare DCD Brownie Mix as directed on box. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle chopped white chocolate and raspberries over the top.
3. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of Raspberry Sauce over the raspberries (enough to lightly cover), and cover with remaining brownie batter.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, and let cool for at least 30 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares and garnish with whipped cream and Cocoa Powder.
Makes 16 brownies
